Who we are

AquaTT UETP CLG will be what’s known as the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us. We only collect basic personal data about you which does not include any special types of information or location-based information. Only the email addresses supplied to us via our ‘Training News’ subscription service will be stored.

Why we need your data

If you have subscribed to our Training News supplement, AquaTT will store your email data in order to send you this when it is available. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need to provide and oversee this service to you.

What we do with your data

Any personal data we process is processed by AquaTT staff and will be stored on our secured servers at our office in Dublin, Ireland. No personal data will be passed to third parties unless you have consented to this action beforehand.

How long we keep your data

Your personal data will be retained on our servers until you unsubscribe from our mailing list, or otherwise notify us that you no longer wish to receive our Training News or other marketing content. You may notify us at any time to request deletion of your personal data from our servers.
